Dear Lauren,Victoria & Adrian,
We moved to Carlyle in 2019 and I became friends with Arja. She was so interesting and told me a lot about growing up in Rotterdam. We enjoyed each other's company . She ate with us in the dining room and my husband enjoyed her interesting stories too. When our swimming pool shut down June 18, she called and invited me to swim with her at Idle Hour. She would pick me up at 7:00 AM and we had many great morning swims until Labor Day. I kept in touch with her during her recent illness and always told her I was praying for her. I'll miss her, but know I'll see her again when I join her in glory.

Thankful for having many fond memories of Arja during our years of working together and being partners in owning a small real estate business. She was savy in business and talented with her knitting needles. Rest in peace dear lady. Gale Kitchings
