ARLENE LANDKAMMER 09/07/1927 - 06/06/2025 Mass of Christian Burial for Arlene Landkammer, 97, of Morgan, formerly of Clements, was at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Morgan. Visitation was one hour prior to the service. Following a funeral luncheon, interment took place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Clements. Arlene Frances (Stock) Landkammer was born on September 7, 1927, in Sanborn to Albert and Emma (Manderfield) Stock. She grew up in Sanborn and graduated from Sanborn High School. On May 14, 1947, Arlene was united in marriage to Jerome Landkammer at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Sanborn. The couple made their home on a farm in Sundown Township near Clements. Arlene was a devoted wife and mother, taking care of the home and their four children. She also enjoyed spoiling their dogs. Arlene was a wonderful cook, baker, and seamstress. She loved shopping and flowers. Arlene's faith was important to her, and she had a special devotion to Mother Mary and the rosary. In later years she enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels outside her window. Arlene died on Friday, June 6, 2025, at Gil-Mor Manor in Morgan where she had resided for the last 10 years. She is survived by her children Kenneth (Virginia) Landkammer of Clements, Kathleen (Roger) Wall of Clements, and Susanne (Dave) Einerson of Cottonwood; nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jerome, daughter Mary Lou Rogers, grandson Chad Landkammer, and brothers Richard and Arnold Stock. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the St. Joseph Cemetery fund, the St. Anne's Endowment fund, or Gil-Mor Manor.
