Passed away peacefully at home in Brooksville, Florida
Age 73
Survived by her spouse of 33 years, Richard W Sibley; children, Steven and Robert Mandigo; step-children, Tammy, Renae, Richalene, Rochelle and Jay; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her parents, Margaret and Paul Peterman preceded her in death.
Her brother, Robert Peterman resides in South Carolina.
Arlene graduated Mynderse Academy High School in Seneca Falls, New York.
Arlene was a loving mother wife and friend whom will be dearly missed by all. She was a fierce fighter in life and what she believed in and that's what made her such a strong woman that everyone loved. Arlene had a huge passion and love for her Golden retrievers that she raised and bread. So many memories will live on from her giving nature to everyone that knew her.
