Rev. Arline Patton Henderson

Rev. Arline Patton Henderson, formerly of Montgomery, AL, passed away on November 9, 2025, in Memphis, Tennessee. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion AME Zion Church, 455 West Fred D. Gray Ave., 36104, with Rev. Dr. Claude D. Shuford officiating. Burial will follow at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL, under the direction of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday, December 15, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Henderson will lie in repose at the church one hour before the service.
