Armand was a kind, jovial, and wonderful neighborhood friend who we were always happy to see. He took the time to build a special friendship with our young son, from his first days home as a newborn to now. We will very much miss our visits with Armand as he walked by with Millie, or stopping to say hi at his home. We are thankful that we are one of the many lives Armand touched.

Mr. Armand was a cornerstone of our neighborhood. He welcomed us from the very beginning and often took the time
to stop by and chat with a warm, friendly greeting or a funny story. He will be deeply missed. Sending our condolences to this family and friends.
