Pharr, Texas - Armando Becerra Zapata, 77, passed away to be with the Lord on January 7, 2024 at McAllen Medical Center.
Mr. Becerra Zapata was born on June 5, 1946 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas MX to Mr. Anacleto Becerra & Mrs. Concepcion Zapata Becerra.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents, his daughter Marisela Espino, his brothers; Ricardo Becerra Zapata, Fernando Becerra Zapata, Ramiro Becerra Zapata, Giliberto Becerra Zapata and his sister Raquel Becerra Zapata.
Armando Becerra Zapata is survived by his sons; Armando (Gabriella) Becerra, Salvador (Crisna) Becerra, Carlos (Linda) Becerra, his daughters; Esmeralda (Guadalupe) Becerra and Elia (Ruben) Reyes, his brothers; Baldomero Basalduas Becerra, Gustavo Becerra Zapata and Victor Becerra Zapata, his sisters; Dora Becerra Zapata, Eloisa Becerra Zapata, Martha Becerra Zapata, Tere Zapata, and Claudina Zapata, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation for Armando Becerra Zapata is scheduled for Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Celebration of Life Service at 6:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco- Chapel of Grace. As per his wishes Mr. Becerra Zapata will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.

El Sr. Becerra Zapata nació el 5 de Junio de 1946 en Reynosa, Tamaulipas MX, hijo del Sr. Anacleto Becerra y la Sra. Concepción Zapata Becerra.
Le preceden en fallecimiento sus dos padres, su hija Marisela Espino, sus hermanos; Ricardo Becerra Zapata, Fernando Becerra Zapata, Ramiro Becerra Zapata, Giliberto Becerra Zapata y su hermana Raquel Becerra Zapata.
