Arnie Krenz, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away peacefully at his home on July 15, 2025. A celebration of his life will be at 11AM Tuesday July 22 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Truman with Rev. Timothy Chase officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7PM Monday July 21 at Zaharia Funeral Home and continue one hour before the service at the church. Online condolences can be left at www.zahariafamilyfuneral.com
Born on November 30, 1942 to Carl and Ruth (Kneeland) Krenz of rural Lewisville. Arnie married Janice Glienke on February 3, 1962. He owned and operated his own carpentry business for many years. He enjoyed traveling, spending time with family and watching his grandchildren participate in their activities.
Arnie is survived by his wife Janice of Truman, sons; Darrin (Emily) of Minneapolis and Todd (Molly) of Lakeville, grandchildren; Gage (Devyn) Farmer, Zakry (Brandi) Krenz, Korbin Krenz, Konnor Krenz (Justin) and Riley Krenz, great-granddaughter Lindy Krenz as well as many other extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Dwayne, Lester and Richard.
