I was truly sorry to hear of Dr. Frank´s passing. He was the principal of Amity HS when I was a member of the Amity BOE. He was an outstanding administrator respected by his peers, teachers, parents and students. I personally felt great sorrow when he decided to leave Amity for another principalship. Dr Frank was a man of great integrity and honesty. He helped catapult Amity into the outstanding school that it is today. God bless you Dr Frank and may you rest in peace.

rnold Frank thank you for all you did. I got invited by Arnold to take a roadtrip to Woodstock. He showed me where he sold hotdogs and where he was standing when Jimi Hendrix was playing. I felt honored he would share that experience with me. The man (Arnold) was a legend and made Woodland an amazing place to teach and be apart of.

I met Arnold just after he and Sara moved to Moody Point at one of our Friday night BYO `s. I joined him by the fireplace, had a lovely chat and immediately felt a close kinship with him. Such an interesting and pleasant fellow and sure to be missed here at our community. Cally and I send our condolences and prayers to Sara and their wonderful family.

I first met Arnold at Laurel Ledge School in Beacon Falls where he had an office and began the untiring task of creating a culture for a brand new high school. Boy, was he ever successful! I was fortunate to get to know Arnold not only as an educator but also as a friend! What a great friendship we developed; and, also, he was so welcoming to me when I ever went to Woodland! My sympathies to his wife and his children! I will never forget Arnold and remember him as a man of conviction and a true advocate for public education. I know we all will sorely miss Arnold! RIP, my friend!

I was in foster care, and when my aunt and uncle went to register my sister and I for school, they did not have the official guardianship papers with them. So, he insisted on talking to us separately to make sure we were safe and hadn't been kidnapped. Most people wouldn't care, but he did.
