Arnold Socolow

I would like to send my sincere condolences to the Socolow family. One of my fondest childhood memories was going to Clean-O-Rama with my late father to pick up the dry cleaning (and if I was lucky, we would also stop at Mecca Magic around the corner). We went almost every Saturday in the early 1990's. My dad and Arnie became pretty good pals over the years; they loved to chat (usually about baseball or golf), and share jokes with each other- some of which were probably not the most appropriate for my 10 year old ears to hear! Arnie was always so kind to me and my dad; this was especially true when, many years later, after my dad suffered a stroke, I brought him back to the cleaners just for a visit. Although my dad was very sick, Arnie did an amazing job of cheering him up...it was just like old times! Arnie was a great man, and a great friend. He will be missed by many.
