I knew Art Powell through my friend Ray Yusi years ago in the 80's.

My condolences to the Powell family and friends. May the God of comfort be with you all in this difficult time. ( 1 Peter 5 : 7 ).

I am so sorry for your loss. My petition is that you find comfort in cherished memories and the pages of God's word. (John 3:16)

A athlete has skills that make him or her a person sought out for their talent. It is a beautiful thing to watch a man or woman move gracefully in a sport they love. Not many make it to the pros, those who do can have a good influence on others. May the family and friends of Art receive comfort from his beautiful memories. My sincere condolence for your loss.

I remember how graceful he was on the field, and a real gentleman off the field. You made me a football fan, rest in the grace of the lord.
