Arthella was born in Marianna, Arkansas to Arthella Bradley Webb Sr. and Mary Louise Ellis on April 2, 1938. Arthella is survived by his sister two sisters, Lola Anderson and Julia Mae Scott of Kansas City, MO, his daughter Kimberly Tinker of Overland Park, KS and his son Arthella Bradley Webb III of Kansas City, MO.
Arthella was predeceased by his sister Bettydale Smith and his daughter Kerri Franklin both of Kansas City, MO and his son Dwayne Bartlett of Clinton, MD.
Arthella served in the Navy, he worked for the United States Postal Services, he strived with no experience and successfully owned his own gas station, he retired from Consolidated Freight Way Trucking Company and from The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (The Metro Bus).
Arthella never met a stranger, he lived life to the fullest and leaves behind a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, grandchildren and friends.He loved to travel and in his pass time two of his favorite things was, playing golf and going to the casinos either in Kansas City, MO or on his annual trips to Las Vegas, NV.
Arthella will be greatly missed.
He was buried at Leavenworth National Cemetery 150 Muncie Rd. Leavenworth, KS 66048
