Arthur Albert Obituary
March 5, 1935 - April 2, 2024
Arthur H. Albert Jr. of Windsor Locks, CT, passed away peacefully at home, with family by his side, on April 2, 2024, at the age of 89. Arthur was born to Cecile and Arthur H. Albert on March 5, 1935 in St. Agatha, ME. He was married to Mary Priscille Nadeau for 58 years and they raised four children together. He worked at Pratt & Whitney for 32 years.
He was a loving father, dedicated friend, an avid gardener and a skilled carpenter. He enjoyed cooking, photography, music, history and traveling. Family was central to Arthur's life and he enjoyed spending time with his family and seeing his children and grandchildren grow over the years.
He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Priscille (Nadeau) Albert, his parents and six of his siblings. He is survived by his children, Jeanine (James) DeGray of Huntington, MA, Monique (Jack) Dunn of Westhampton, MA, Denis Albert of Windsor Locks, CT, Denise (Ward) Narramore of Gulf Breeze, FL, eleven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He is also survived by seven siblings.
Friends and relatives may join the family on Monday, April 8, 2024, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Mary, Gate of Heaven, St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 52 South Elm St., Windsor Locks (please meet directly at church).
