On November 6, 2022, Arthur Leon Barlow Jr., from Colorado City, Arizona, an exemplary and well loved and respected father, brother, son, and husband passed away in the St. George hospital at age 50 as the result of a 4-wheeler accident. He was surrounded by many loving family and friends.
He was born August 7, 1972, in Hildale, Utah to parents Arthur Sr. and Debra Dutson and spent most of his life living in the Southern Utah area. He married Rosalee Blackmore December 24, 1998, and his early education was at Colorado City School, where he graduated from High School.
He spent his adult life in the construction contracting business as an excellent worker and craftsman, known for his quality work, honesty, and his straightforward friendly ways. He was always active and building something, doing something productive. He loved to get away from the city occasionally and go out to enjoy nature on the Arizona Strip and other places.
He acknowledged that his greatest love and accomplishments were with family, especially with his wife and children, all of whom love him dearly.
