BERNSTEIN, Arthur Of Peabody, passed on January 11, 2026, at the age of 100. He was the beloved husband of Evelyn; devoted father of Johanna (John) and Lisa of Peabody; grandfather of five, great-grandfather of five; and brother of the late Julius Bernstein. He grew up in New York and Boston, raised his family in Boston and had a career in the lumber business. He was a lifetime member of Workmen's Circle and American Veterans of Israel. He loved sailing, Jewish history and a finely poured bourbon Manhattan. Services at the Workmens Circle Cemetery, 98 Canterbury Dr., Peabody, on Tuesday, January 13, at 1:30 PM.
