Arthur B. Connor III, 54, of New Kensington, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025, in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Sept. 13, 1970, in New Kensington. A 1988 graduate of Kiski Area High School and a 1992 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he had been employed as an IT specialist with the Rand Corporation, Pittsburgh. Arthur had an affable personality and sense of humor, which drew people to him. He enjoyed mountain biking, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Survivors include his mother, Georgette Ochkay Connor of Apollo; and a sister, Kelly (Brian) Mauro of Plum. His nephews, Sean Caulfield (Curtis Tilves), Alex Caulfield, Nick Mauro, and Zach Mauro; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. His special friends, Chris (Rachel) Momberger; and his felines, Beans and Betty. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Connor Jr., in 2023.
