Verner Center for Early Learning was privileged to receive several of Art's woodcarvings years ago. To this day, these woodcarvings still remain in our lobby at Verner East and children enjoy interacting with them daily. I think the fan favorite is our turtle, which children enjoy sitting on, sliding off of, and feeling the various textures and movement of the piece. We will forever appreciate and remember Art for sharing his talent and with us at Verner.
