When I think of Art, I think of the time Pam told me that Art cherished her. What more could a girl want?

Dearest Pam and family, my heart simply breaks for you all. I loved Art and often referred to him as "Fert." I well remember being his loan processor for many years. It was nothing for me to have 15 loans in process for him at any given time. He would pick me up and drive me around to various locations to get any missing documents so that his loans could be approved and ready to close. He would eat, sleep and drink real estate and was very good at it!
I will forever be greatful that you and Art so willingly sponsored our Coed softball team every year. We proudly wore our gold and black Century 21 softball shirts and took first place for your company for many years. We always took our trophy by to show Art and he was so excited for our team.
He will be missed dearly by all who knew him. I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Love you. Dawn Byron
