I remember Arthur very fondly as the brother of 3 friends during my teenage years. He was a very kind and happy person who had a great personality. I used to eat dinner at his home. I´m so sorry to hear of his passing but he accomplished so much during his life that his legacy lives on. My condolences to his family.

While we started off on the wrong foot, we respected each others thoughts and ideas and became friends. It´s not fair, he was too young. My regards and sympathy to his family

Arthur and I met in 1977 as students at Temple University. We both were student workers in the financial aid office and became friends. He had a unique sense of humor and wit, and we both shared an interest in politics. Although Arthur had health issues beginning in college, he never let it get him down or interfere with his life's journey. He also served as one of my groomsmen when I married my wife. I often recall fondly a weekend trip we made as students to State College in 1979 for a Temple-Penn State football game. Although we didn't see each other in person much later in life, we remained friends on Facebook, and he would often send me historical pictures of my neighborhood through social media. Rest in Peace, my friend. I will forever carry your memory and friendship with me until we meet again.
