We met Art several years ago at Brookfield Cong. Church. He was welcoming and friendly. We became great friends. His wit and humor was lots of fun. Always enjoyed getting together with him. He was a humble man, and loved to help others. His generosity was contagious and always had an encouraging word to spread. He was compassionate and understanding in many ways. He was walking around one day at the Brookfield Apple Country Fair and I decided he looked like the mayor of Brookfield. We laughed and from that day on I called him "Mr. Mayor". It was our personal joke. But it fit him so well. My husband and I loved this man so much, we
know that God has a new angel in his flock as a he entered the gates of heaven. Rest in peace my friend. You will be truly missed. Until we meet again.......
