Nod was a friend of mine since 1968.We went on flyfishing trips every year except one since then.I spent many hours sitting in a canoe not only fishing but discussing a wide range of topics. He was a caring ,true gentleman and he will be greatly missed on our annual trips. My wife Mary Jane and i will never forget his 80th birthday gathering on the Cape.We also had the pleasure of his company at our house in Maine for a couple of days 3 years ago.We send our sincere condolences to Nod's family.

Art was a truly wonderful man and someone everyone should look up to. His courage and love for everything he took on is remarkable. His smile wads contagious and no matter how poorly he was feeling he was always upbeat. He will be sorely missed. "Hamilton" won't be the same without him having the chance to see it!
