Arthur's contributions to the lives he touched will forever be remembered. He was a person who exemplified the values of compassion and generosity, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His warm spirit and unwavering support provided comfort to many.
Family and friends are invited to honor Arthur's memory. Visitation will take place on January 16, 2026, at C. L. Page Mortuary, located at 3031 Moncrief Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Following this, a Celebration of Life service will be held on January 17, 2026, at AME Church of the Master, located at 5637 Vernon Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209, starting at 2:00 PM.
Arthur Leon Smith’s presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire those who had the privilege to know him.
