Mr. Arthur was more than a neighbor. He was a gentle presence, a steady hand, a familiar face that always brought comfort and calm. Whether it was a warm smile from across the yard or a friendly wave on cold mornings, his kindness never went unnoticed. We loved cooking for him and picking up his pinecones. We truly miss him.
