I personally worked and knew Arthur. Such a kind and wonderful person. We will miss him dearly. He is in a better place now with the Lord, Jesus and that should be of some comfort to his family, friends and co-workers.

I remember Mr. Wills from the Tulane library. I am a staff person at Tulane, and frequently use the library. We never met formally, but Mr. Wills would always say hello; whether I saw him in the library or somewhere else in the Medical School building. My regret is that I never knew his name until now. My condolences to his family and friends.

You are missed Greatly, Arthur. How sad it was to loose you. You were an integral part of Tulane medical library and will are greatly missed. Your spirit always lit up the room, and you were always so wonderful to the children (me for example) of the employees of the Library. I came after school every day to stay with my mother and loved to talk with you endlessly about everything under the sun. You were such a wonderful person.
