Nació el 2 de mayo de 1954 en Ciudad Juárez, México, y partió de este mundo el 16 de octubre de 2025, a la edad de 71 años.
Fue precedido en vida por sus padres, a quienes hoy se reúne en el descanso eterno.
Le sobreviven su esposa, Olivia Chairez, su hijo Misael Chairez, y sus hijastros María, Patricia, Laura, Miguel y Mariano Chairez, quienes siempre lo recordarán con profundo amor y gratitud. También deja un hermoso legado de nietos, bisnietos y un tataranieto que seguirán honrando su memoria con cariño.
Arturo fue un hombre fuerte, trabajador incansable y de gran corazón. Siempre tenía una sonrisa en el rostro, un chiste en los labios y una canción en el alma. Amaba la vida, el baile y los buenos momentos compartidos con su familia. Su alegría, su sentido del humor y su espíritu lleno de energía quedarán por siempre en los corazones de quienes tuvieron la dicha de conocerlo.
Hoy su voz y su risa se escuchan en el cielo, pero su recuerdo vivirá eternamente entre nosotros.
