She is survived by her children, Natalie, Hailey, McKenzie, and Brycin; mother, Shirley (Dennis) Hoover; siblings, Veronica (Randy) Miller, Shannon Hoover, and Donald Hoover; grandfather, Odger Rice; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her father, Ashely was preceded in death by her grandmother, Phyllis Rice.
