Ashley Mackenzie Briggs

I am the Mother of Ashley Elizabeth Briggs who died on Easter April 4, 2021. She was also a beautiful blonde, grad of IU, very gifted 38 year old. Only child. Our pain will never end. Bea was beautiful. We live at the beach and her ashes were spread there. 302-339-0236

To the Briggs family and Jesse, My heart has been filled with sadness since I\'ve heard of the passing of Ashley. Ashley worked with me at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of RI as an intern I mentored. She was a kind, respectful, and beautiful inside and out. My prayers go out to all of you at such a difficult time. May God give the strength and courage. I did not know Ashley or any of her family. My husband and I were runnings errands today and saw all of the cars going to the cemetery. I said to my husband that I had never seen so many cars in a funeral. I knew had to be someone special. I googled who it could be and saw it was this young beautiful soul who I'm sure will be missed by so many. I am not related even though I have the same last name but this brought a tear to my eye. God bless her family and friends and may she rest in peace

My sincere condolences to Ashley's family. She was a sweet and spunky person, whose presence created such a good energy. I had the pleasure of working with her at BCBSRI throughout the years on several health and wellness initiatives.

I didn't know Bea, never saw her before. I was going through the obituaries to find out about a friends mom , I saw Bea's photo and it brought a tear to my eye. What a beautiful young lady with a wonderful smile. I can only imagine she brought joy to everyone she touched, and lite up every room she entered. I wish I knew her. God bless you all. "The good they die young" So sad. No doubt she is in a better place!!

I didn't know Bea personally, but through her Aunt Marion, my friend, I felt like I did. She was such a loved person by so many. My heart goes out to her husband and her whole family. May she find sunny skys and warm sand beneath her feet. My sincerest condolences to all of you.
