Ashok Midha

As a parent of one of his student Pratheek B Prasanna I had met him along with my wife first meeting I was very much impressed as I was meeting a peaceful, smiling, sharp intellectual person.
His wife Chris and himself are very down to earth human beings who always are open with their hands to others.
He was a teacher, friend and a parent to my son for more than a decade. My son Pratheek misses him a lot and have to live with their memories.
Though all of us give birth to our children but their future and life is designed by a teacher.
Our deepest condolences to Dr Ashok Midha family. We pray to god to give great strength to the entire family from the great loss.

It was truly a pleasure to work as a graduate teaching assistant for Dr. Midha. I have fond memories of taking lunch at Panera Bread with Dr. Midha and the senior design GTA team. I enjoyed hearing his insights into the engineering design process. He was a brilliant man with a gentle and sweet demeanor, and he will certainly be missed.
