Ashton Kaelob Bullock, a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend, passed away on November 1, 2025, at the tender age of 17. Born on December 11, 2007, in Louisville, Kentucky, Ashton lived his life filled with laughter, love, and countless memories that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Ashton was a vibrant soul, often seen with his AirPods in, and immersed in the world of video games. His passion for gaming was just a part of what made him unique; it was his warm spirit and infectious laughter that truly endeared him to everyone around him. Known for his loving nature and big heart, Ashton was the kind of person who could effortlessly bring joy to others. He thrived in the company of his family and friends, always seeking to be close to those he loved most. His ability to connect with others, to make them smile, was extraordinary, and the impact he had on the lives of those fortunate enough to know him will resonate deeply for years to come. Ashton was always there to lend a helping hand and show compassion towards the people he loved and the many animals he wanted to save.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Darrell Bullock. Ashton leaves behind a grieving family that includes his mom, Briana Waterbury, and his cherished sisters, Aalyah Rigney and Kamilla Dindic. His stepfather, Derrick West, along with maternal grandparents Carolyn Bronger and Dean Williams, as well as paternal grandparents Henry and Kathy Bullock, will forever hold him close in their hearts. Additionally, he is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
Although his time on this earth was far too short, Ashton's legacy is one of unwavering kindness and joy. The love he gave and the memories he created will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him best.
A visitation will be held on November 7th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville, located at 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272.
As we remember Ashton, let us carry forward the light he brought into our lives, keeping his spirit alive through love and laughter, just as he would have wanted.
