Athena M. Morris

I met Athena in Wakefield Jr. High back in 1971. We became fast friends, worked on a science project about Squid together at her house while her grandmother gave us snacks (baked apples)!!! In the summer of 1972 we took tennis lessons down at Vets field, going there very early on weekend days to practice. We had so much fun together. Then I moved and we lost touch. We reconnected in the last 10 years thanks to facebook and have enjoyed getting together at my campground in Vermont. She was an eclectic intelligent funny lady -- I will miss her visits to the camp immensely. RIP dear friend -- you are already missed
