Audrey Lillian Brouwer

Audrey Lillian Miller Brouwer, 91, of McMurray, PA passed away peacefully with family by her side on November 25, 2025. Born on December 11, 1933 in Pittsburgh, PA she is the daughter of the late Clarence and Teresa Miller.

Beloved mother to Richard E. (Heather) Brouwer, Katherine M. (Ted) Stipanovich, and Debbie (Doug)Maier; Loving grandmother to Derek Brouwer, Theodore (Olivia) J. Stipanovich, and Emily Stipanovich; Great-grandmother to Reece and Rhodes Stipanovich; Aunt to Lynn, Laurie, and Chuck; She is also survived by her life-long best friend, Betty Dunlevy, as well as many faithful friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, Richard J. Brouwer, with whom she was married to for over 60 years; and her sister-in-law, Dorothy Jean (Leslie) Emerson.

A member of St. Benedict the Abbot Church since its inception, she lived her faith through kindness and loyalty to the people she loved. Audrey worked more than 30 years as a paraprofessional in the Peters Township School District, where she was known for her dedication to the students she supported.

In her free time, Audrey enjoyed collecting antique dolls and bears and spending hours crafting. But her greatest joy was the time she shared with her husband, whom she cherished deeply. After his passing, she lived 11 years in their home before spending her final year at Ridgecrest in McMurray.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 9am until the time of service at 11am at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA, 15317.
