Austin Gobeli

Austin Devon Gobeli left this world too soon on January 24, 2025, at the age of 30, in Springfield, Missouri. Born on January 30, 1994, in Houston, Texas, Austin had a caring spirit and creative soul.
He will be missed by his parents, Ron Gobeli, Jr. of Springfield, MO and Myra Gobeli of Branson; his son, Zyler Gobeli of Waynesville, MO; his brother, Jonathon Gobeli, and his nephew, Kolton Gobeli both of Branson; his grandfather, Ronald Gobeli & wife Patti of Denton, TX and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents and his paternal grandmother.
Austin received his early education in Branson before graduating from high school in Houston, TX. He then pursued his interest in the culinary arts at the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center. Austin worked in the food industry many years before his health prevented him from working.
Those who knew Austin appreciated his creativity and kind-hearted nature. He cared deeply about children and animals and he delighted in spending time with family and friends. He was also artistic, loved anime and was talented at drawing. He had a great love of the outdoors, especially swimming and golfing. Austin was quiet but determined and he pursued knowledge and a lifestyle of healthy living to minimize the effects of his medical condition.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory.
