I have often wondered where Bette was. I met her when I was stationed at FtDix NJ while working at the Military Processing Station. She was a seamstress that took care of the soldiers uniforms. I actually visited her after I retired from the Army. I knew her and her husband Thomas. I attempted to further connect and the phone number I had was no longer in use. I had no either number . Bette was very good to me and to find our today she passed two yrs ago saddens me to the core.
Hannah u have my deepest condolences.
