Ballard Irick Obituary
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Lee Irick, two brothers, Paul Estill Irick and James Donald Irick, one sister Phyllis Davenport.
Ballard is survived by his loving wife, Geraldine Wagner Irick, his daughter, Debbie Lynn Irick of Hurricane Creek and one grandson Jeremy Lee Johnson.
Visitation will be from 4 PM – 10 PM Monday October 13, 2025 at J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home with evening services beginning at 7 PM.
Funeral services we be 2 PM Tuesday at the Funeral home with Estill Reed officiating.
Burial will follow in the Justice – Adkins Cemetery on Hurricane Creek

My prayers go out to this family, they are going to need them for the days and weeks to come. Our families were always close , from as far back as I can remember. Ballard and Foster had a very special bond from childhood. They were more like brothers than just best friends. We have lots of great memories spending time together. My heart goes out to Geraldine , Debbie, and the kids. Love you all.

You were always so special to me , there are not enough words to describe what a kind and gentle soul you were. You will always hold a special place in my heart. I have been around you and your family all my life. We may not be family by blood , but we are family by heart. I love you and you will definitely be missed.
