Barbara Pruitt Alexander, 75, of Annandale Drive, Boiling Springs, SC, went home to be with her husband Don on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City, NC.
Barbara was born in Inman, SC on January 20, 1950, a daughter of the late Eula Maxine "Mickey" (McLeod) Pruitt and Loyd Nelson Pruitt.
She was the widow of Donald Leslie Alexander and worked as a cosmetologist
Barbara loved her family which included a daughter, Crystal Rene Lawson, of Boiling Springs, SC; a son, Josh Alexander (Lynda), of Roebuck, SC; a sister, Brenda Fleming, of Boiling Springs, SC; a brother, Ronnie Pruitt, of Gaffney, SC, four grandchildren, Brandon Lawson, Russell Lawson, Britney Head (Will), Logan Blain Alexander and one great grandson, Jackson Head.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
