Barbara F. Bacon

I worked with Barb for at least 25 years at the Department of Human Services. Barb was a people person. She sincerely cared for the people who were in need of public assistance. She often went above and beyond to advocate for them and help assure that their needs were met, - even if she had to jump in and do things outside her job description. She was always cooperative and willing to help other staff. Upon her retirement, she found another job helping people. Later, she added hospice volunteer to her resume. Barb really made the world a better place. I'm sure when she arrived in heaven, she heard "Well done, good and faithful servant."
My sincere sympathy to her family and all who loved her.
