Following her time with the telephone company, she worked at Gateway Computers for a few years.
Barb was a selfless person, loved by all who knew her. Her warm and welcoming personality drew people to her, and she cherished the relationships she built over the years. As a devoted family member, she found joy in hosting family holidays and cooking for her loved ones. Her greatest pride was in her family, which she lovingly nurtured through every stage of life.
An active member of Riverside Lutheran Church, Barb was involved in various church activities, including the quilting group and Women’s Circle.
Barb had a passion for animals and enjoyed assisting Al with their racehorses. Additionally, she enjoyed traveling and seeing different areas.

The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to all of Barb's medical caregivers for their wonderful care, with special thanks to Dr. Luqman and his staff at Renal Associates in Dakota Dunes.
