Barbara Bilinski Obituary
Barbara was born in West Chester, PA, but raised in Kennet Square, PA, daughter of the late Sara Jane (Crooks) and Fred Mattson. Barbara graduated from Bishop Shanahan High School and went on to become a homemaker to raise her young family. After raising her family, Barbara worked in retail at Marshalls for over 20 years before retirement. In her free time, Barbara loved watching the Price is Right and Golden Girls, going on road trips, visiting Wildwood and Cape May NJ, rooting on her Philadelphia Phillies, and spending time with her granddaughters, who were the light of her life. In addition to her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her loving husband Michael John Bilinski in 2008.
Barbara is survived by her daughter Kelley Bilinski and granddaughter Sara; her son Craig Bilinski and granddaughter Andrea; in-laws Steve and Geri Bilinski, Carol and Wayne Purse and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Barbara will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Barbara's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105 (Stjude.org/donate)
