Barbara Clark-Teague

Clyde, Barbara Clark-Teague, 68, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. Barbara was a life-long resident of Haywood County and the daughter of the late Clyde and Jessie Fish Justice and was also preceded in death by her first husband, William Vager Clark, who died in 2012. She was employed at Haywood Regional Hospital as a Med Surge Nurse for 30 years and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Barbara enjoyed cooking, was an excellent seamstress and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Barbara is survived by her husband, Alvin Teague; two daughters, Zonya Harris (Ricky) and Scarlett Perry, of Clyde; two sisters, Pat Hill (Johnny) and Marie Justice, of Waynesville; and three grandchildren, Mariah and Ricayla Harris and Leanna Perry. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 in the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Gary Hearon officiating. Burial will follow at Fines Creek Memorial Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
