Miss Cooper was so cool when I met Miss Cooper she drove a little Volkswagen and we were going down the road. Me and Jennifer and Gigi with Miss Cooper driving us and they weren´t sure if they had enough gas in the car and she slammed on the brakes, but we had to be quiet so we could listen to see if the gas slashed in the gas tank. I thought that was funny and cool.

Mrs. Cooper was my friend Jennifer's mom. She let me spend the night and spend so much time in her home when we were kids. She was such a nice lady and I always felt comfortable around her. Jennifer and I were often up to no good (for years, really) but Mrs. Cooper never made a fuss. I'm glad the Cooper home was part of my childhood. They were good times. Jennifer, I'm tremendously sorry that you have lost her. I will pray for the Lord's gentle mercy for you and your family.

Oh, my dear children. I am so very sorry. Your mom was such a lovely person. She so loved and supported you. She shall be missed.

Barbara was, first of all, a dear friend, but was also my right-hand lady as we taught many kindergarteners over the years. She knew just when my patience was wearing thin and would step right in to show her abundance of patience. I can hope I did the same for her. It definitely took a team.
She was my confidante and strong supporter during a challenging time in my life to which I am eternally grateful.
I still occasionally use the broccoli cheddar cheese soup recipe she gave me and have a beautiful floral tea pitcher she gave me.
Barbara, it was always a delight to see you and Judd in the same restaurant we might happen to eating at by chance. Steve and Judd were always super patient when we might end our "catching up" conversation an hour later.
You will be missed.
