If I should go tomorrow
It would never be goodbye,
For I have left my heart with you,
So don't you ever cry.
Ms. Barbara Jean Davis Richardson of Silver Spring, Maryland, (formally of Warrenton, NC) daughter of the late Sam E. and Ethel M. Davis of Warrenton, NC, entered eternal rest at 3:21 PM on Friday, May 31, 2024 at Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring, Maryland after fighting a third brief battle with cancer.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her only daughter, Andrea "Sang" and son-in-love, Gary Russell of Fayetteville, NC and her precious grandchildren whom she adored, granddaughter Adaria Russell of Concord, NC and grandson Jonathan Russell of Raleigh, NC. One god-daughter, Mia Miller of Germantown, Maryland. A special friend of 29 years, Derrick Galloway of Silver Spring, Maryland. Another special friend whom she considered her other god-daughter, Camryn Boyd of Bowie, Maryland. She had many special cousins whom she was very close to.too many to mention!! In addition, she had other close family, friends and former co-workers whom she considered her other sisters and brothers.
There will be a visitation and viewing at Boyd & Royster Funeral Service in Warrenton, NC on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 10:00am to 1:00pm with interment to follow at Shocco Chapel Missionary Baptist Church cemetery. Send flowers to the service of Barbara Jean Davis Richardson
