Barbara J. Ferrari

Barbara J. (Lowery) Ferrari, 86, of Binghamton, NY passed away at Vestal Park Rehab on March 23, 2023 after a prolonged period of ill health. She was the daughter of the late Margaret Ann and Matthew E. Lowery Sr. She is survived by her two sons, George P. Ferrari, Jr. (Daniel R. Hirtler) of Ithaca, NY and Anthony Ferrari, by her brother Matthew E. Lowery, Jr., by her sister Mary Ann Clark and by six nephews and a niece. Barbara will be remembered by many for her fun-loving nature, her Hand N Foot card playing skills, her loyalty to the NY Mets, her sweet tooth and especially for her love of being a mother. She retired from the Chenango Valley Central School District.. A memorial service is planned for 11am on Friday, April 14 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Chenango Bridge, NY
