Barbara M. Frazer

Barbara M. "Barb" Frazer, 86, formerly of Clinton, NY, more recently of Bouckville, NY, was born May 30, 1939 and died Friday, November 7, 2025 after an extended illness.
Barb was born in Utica, NY to Johanna Frost. She was a graduate of Clinton Central Schools.
Barb worked for Hayes National Bank, General Electric, and most recently with her husband Chuck at their accounting business, Complete Bookkeeping Services. She met her husband, Charles "Chuck" Frazer many years prior to their marriage on November 23, 1990 (at Zebb's Diner in New Hartford) and lived happily together until his death on October 6, 2022. She loved animals, especially cats, and enjoyed reading, baking, playing mahjong, and music. She was known for her kind, caring personality and selfless nature.
Barb was also predeceased by her mother, Johanna Frost; brother, John "Jack" Markowicz; and her son, Joseph Dorn.
She is survived by her daughter, Suzen Gray (and her partner James Wilkinson) of Bouckville, NY; and her granddaughter, Nicole Gray of Bouckville, NY, who cared for her faithfully for the last 9 years of her life.
At the deceased's request there will be no services or calling hours available. A small family memorial will be held privately.
The family wishes to thank the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, the Davita Dialysis Center in Syracuse, and many friends and family for their support throughout this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall of North Utica, NY or the Davita Dialysis Center of Syracuse, NY.
