Barbara Goins Obituary
She is preceded in death by her parents; Albert and Kathleen Estes and brother in law, Charles Loftis.
She is survived by daughters, Elizabeth (Robert Gaston) Goins and Jacqueline Goins; sisters, Sherry Loftis and Leasa (Richard) Gammon; brother, Mark Estes; grandchildren, Eugene Gaston, Melanie, David and Angel; niece, Sarah (Russell) Price; nephew, Anthony Estes; great niece, Kalliyah Loftis; father of her children, Michael Goins, special friend, Tracy Dedman and other loving family members.
She worked as a caretaker for Prospect Easterseals of Tennessee. Outside of work, Barbara had a passion for playing cards, although her family fondly remembers her competitive spirit, even in defeat. She adored Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh and found great joy in her collection of elephant statues. Barbara will be deeply missed by her loving family a nurturing mother, and a loyal friend.
A Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 29 at Partlow Funeral Chapel with a service to follow at 6 p.m.
