Barbara dedicated her life to her family as a devoted homemaker. In 1965, she married the love of her life, Larry Hanover, and together they built a home filled with warmth, laughter, and the aroma of her famous cooking and baking. Her greatest joy came from caring for her family, and she did so with unwavering love and grace.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Larry Hanover; her sons, Larry (Becky) Hanover Jr. and Scott (Gina) Hanover; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; her sister, Francis; sister-in-law, Rebeca and brother-in-law Terry. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her grandson Kade, her great-great-grandson Zander, her sisters Mary Lou and Susie, and her brother Victor.

Barbara will be remembered for her nurturing spirit, her culinary talents, and the way she made everyone feel at home. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she loved so deeply.

In keeping with the family's wishes, cremation will be taking place, and no public services will be held Palmer Funeral Home- Hoven Chapel assisting the family.
