Barbara Jeffcoat Obituary
Barbara R. Jeffcoat, 75, widow of Colie Lee Jeffcoat, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Born on January 25, 1949, in Flint, MI, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth Rowley and the late Myrtle Virginia Newton Rowley. Mrs. Jeffcoat enjoyed traveling to the mountains, spending time at the beach and being with her family, especially her great grandson.
Survivors include two sons, Kevin W. Smith (Tammy) of Galivants Ferry and Keith A. Smith (Amber) of Georgetown; five grandchildren, Kyle Smith of Atlanta, GA, Alex Smith of Swansea, Amanda Smith of Greenville, Tyler Smith of Georgetown and Dylan Smith of Georgetown; a great grandson, Mason Smith of Georgetown; one sister, Nancy Harrelson of Florence; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Curtis, Jr. and Charles Rowley.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM Thursday, December 26, 2024, in the Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM Thursday at the cemetery.
