Mrs. Barbara Ann “Bobbie” Lewis (Mueller) 88, Long time resident of Dunnellon Fl and Medford Lakes NJ passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, January 11, 2026, surrounded by family and friends.
Bobbie was born on September 27th 1937 in Jersey City, NJ to Otto and Mary Mueller. She married Leslie “Les” Goetschius and was married to Les for 22 years raising 5 children. While raising her children in Medford Lakes she volunteered as a girls softball coach, girl scout leader and cub scout leader. She later remarried to Robert “Bob” S Lewis for 37 years until his passing. Bobbie worked many years as a bookkeeper for Roland Aristone Inc. in Medford, NJ. Bobbie’s favorite pastime was spending time at the local beaches with her friends and upon retirement golfing with Bob at the local Dunnellon FL courses.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leslie Goetschius and Robert S Lewis.
Her survivors include her children Stephen Goetschius (Bianca), Richard Goetschius, David Goetschius (Janice), Susan McGrath (Mike), Jeffrey Goetschius (Mei), Step Children, Terry Lewis, Regina Herring, Kimberly Pawvluk, her Brother, Thomas Coonley (Sally) as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Lewis will be held at 11 AM Friday February 20, 2026, at the First Methodist Church of Dunnellon with her pastor Eddie Fulford officiating. Interment will follow at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell FL with reception to follow at the clubhouse of Oak Bend Village in Dunnellon FL.
