Mrs. Barbara Ann Mayberry, age 83 of Waverly, TN passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at Humphreys County Nursing Home. She was born on January 10, 1942, in Waverly, TN to Willard Mulliniks and Lois Mulliniks
Barbara was a devoted grandmother whose heart overflowed with affection for her grandbabies. They were the light of her life, each visit filled with warmth, joy, and stories that bridged generations. Whether organizing fun adventures or indulging in quiet afternoons, she made every encounter memorable.
Barbara's appreciation for the outdoors was evident in the way she embraced nature. She took great pleasure in exploring the beauty of the natural world. She also was a lover of thrifting; Barbara possessed an eye for unique treasures that others often overlooked. In quieter moments, she took delight in the captivating tales spun by her favorite Westerns. One of her favorite events of the year was being part of the Christmas parade with Magnolia Place.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 Am until service time Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Humphreys County Funeral Home.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Mayberry will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 1, 2025, in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Daron Brown officiating.
Interment will follow in Williams Cemetery.
