Dear Mrs. Kneleski and Family,


I was very sadly surprised by the news of Dr. Kneleski Jr.'s passing. I did not

know that he was sick.


I knew him for several years, as a colleague and as his patient. He was the Chairman of the Medical Records Committee of The Chester County Hospital for many years where I was a member. He was a gentlemen and a very nice man, as well as an excellent doctor. He will be missed a lot by his friends, colleagues and family.


Please accept my very sincere condolences. I will be praying for him and your family.
