Barbara Ellen Nevil, 73, passed away October 7, 2017. She was born in Graham, Texas, the daughter of W.M. and Ema Lou Moody Nevil. She had two Master’s Degrees and taught overseas in Guam, California, and Special Ed in Weatherford, Mineral Wells, and Arlington.
Barbara was a member of North Side Baptist Church and the Retired Teacher’s Association, and the Abandoned Cemetery Association. She was very mission minded helping with Wycliffe Bible Translators, Jungle Aviation Ministry, and the Jesus Project.
Barbara is survived by one brother, one sister, and other family members.
A graveside service will be 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at Millsap Cemetery.
