Barbara Patrick Obituary
Survivors include, one son; Christopher Dale Patrick of Georgetown, Kentucky, four grandchildren; Austin Patrick, Morgan (Phil) Patrick Wells, Amaya Grace Patrick and Conner Levi Patrick, two great grandchildren; Addison Grace Patrick and Emilia Rose Wells.
In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her husband; Burnis Patrick and one sister; Carrie Etta Reed.
Barbara was retired as the Magoffin County Health Department Director, a member of the Salyersville Christian Church and a member of the Salyersville Kiwanis Club.
Funeral services for Barbara will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2026 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Reed Family Cemetery, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Magoffin County Funeral Home Thursday, April 2, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and anytime Friday, April 3, 2026 prior to funeral services.
